Terms and conditions of Willa Puck

  1. These conditions apply to any person occupying or visiting Willa Puck.
  2. All payments are due in full on the arrival or within an hour of the arrival.
  3. Customers are required to provide identification and sign in the registration card on check-in. Acceptable forms of ID are: ID card and passport.
  4. Rooms are available from 2 pm on the arrival date and must be vacated by 11 am on the day of the departure.
  5. Visitors are not allowed on the premises from 10 pm till 7:30 am.
  6. Guests are to observe nighttime peace and quiet period from 10 pm till 7 am. Failure to comply with this policy may result in hotel denial to provide services to the customer.
  7. Willa Puck reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, reckless or negligent act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure.
  8. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises of the hotel. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a penalty fee of 1000 PLN.
  9. Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a penalty fee of 500 PLN for each day that pet is staying in the hotel room.
  10. Each room and corridor is equipped with a smoke detector. In case of its activation by the guest, the hotel will apply a penalty fee of 1000 PLN.
  11. If you do wish to have your room cleaned – please put a „Please make up the room””sign up between 7am. and 12am.
  12. Breakfast is served in the basement at 7:30 am – 10 am.
  13. In case of emergency, when cafe is closed, please call +48 58 673 11 00.
  14. Before you use pool or playground – please read the regulations.
